To avoid leaving facilities understaffed, we have distinct guidelines for withdrawing from an assignment versus cancelling an individual shift.

1. Assignment Withdrawal (Resignation) If you wish to withdraw from your current assignment entirely, please provide us with at least 2 weeks' notice. This allows us sufficient time to find a replacement for the duration of the contract.

2. Individual Shift Cancellation We understand that you may occasionally need to miss a specific shift. Please inform your RO and us if you need to cancel your shift.

• Notification: You must cancel at least 72 hours before the start of your shift.

• Penalty: Users who cancel their shift less than 72 hours before the start of their shift can be subjected to a $50 penalty per shift, and Worq Health reserve the right to review and apply the cancellation penalty.
