1. Complete your profile

Now we’ll need you to complete your profile before taking up any jobs! Make sure you have all of these documents ready for upload.

  1. Front and back IC (if you did not sign up using Singpass)
  2. SNB/AHPC Practising Cert (Only required for nurses & Allied Health Professionals)
  3. BCLS / AED Cert (Only required for nurses & Allied Health Professionals)
  4. Vaccination and Immunisation Records- Covid-19, Tdap, MMR, Hep B etc. (HealthHub → Immunisation https://www.healthhub.sg/)
  5. Bank Statement (bank account screenshot / statement, we only need your name and account number)
  6. Resume / CV
  7. Update your education / employment details (your name, SNB and photo will be hidden but your employment details will be shown to institutions / facilities)
  8. Add your skills and specialisations for the best job-match

Then log into the app and click on Profile. There are 3 sections to update: Personal Details, Professional Details and Payment Details. Click on the title of each section to fill up the information. Please contact us on whatsapp: +65 6980 8032 if you need any help!

2. Get verified by our team

Once you have completed your profile, your account will be undergoing verification by our team. We will be checking all the documents you have uploaded and if you are eligible to work on our platform. This will take about 1-3 business days.
